Chateau d’Aveny wedding

Thursday 7th September a Saturday 9th September were two days dedicated to weddings. Two weddings in two countries miles away from each other. Three flights, multiple railway changes only to be able to make my way Prague – Paris – Vienna – Bratislava – Trencin.
The biggest challenge of the season in the beginning of September.

The wedding week started with Big Chateau wedding in Paris. Me and boys from DIB production who were my companions in Hong Kong were experiencing another wedding with Chinese traditions. The bride and groom have decided to do the traditional morning tea ceremony and offered a cup of tea to all family members because she comes from Asia.

The ceremony itself started in a nice church in Chantilly with a female pastor. Then we all moved to Chateau d’Aveny for the reception. The cocktail hour was spiced up by a dragon dance, which was probably the nicest performance I had ever seen on a wedding day.

So That was Thursday. Wedding of Wenda and Baptiste in the amazing French countryside and with a little taste of Asian weddings.
