Wedding in Harry Warren House
A year and a half ago on New Year’s Eve, in Amsterdam, I met the Smith family for the very first time. That day I was a wedding photographer for the first of the Smith daughters – Hannah, and I had no clue I will meet all Smiths again in summer 2016 for another wedding. This time the bride was Kia, Hannah’s sister, and she was tying the knot with Richie in South of England.
I was looking forward to meeting all the people again and I was counting days since Kia booked me. I arrived one day before to a perfect old English hotel in Studland (with a Czech staff, such a nice coincidence) where Mrs. Smith gave me a very warm welcome. I’ve been invited for a family breakfast on the morning of the wedding. As the day started, everything and everybody was so natural and calm, no stress in the air at all. For a wedding day, we could not have been luckier with the weather. The forecast was overcast with 21 degrees; however the sun showed up from the morning and didn’t hide behind the clouds until late afternoon. I even got sunburn! Who would expect this in England, right?
As you can see below, this wedding was just perfect. If I was to describe it with very simple words, it would be: fun, fun, fun, ice cream truck, surfing board, sea view and again… fun all around. Let’s take a sneak-peak into one perfect day with a perfect couple and loving family supporting them.
